PLEASE USE THE SIZE CHARTS BEFORE ORDERING ANY PRINT-ON-DEMAND CLOTHING.

IF YOU DON'T SEE A SIZE CHART YOU'RE PROBABLY LOOKING AT A PIECE OF CLOTHING WE HAVE ON HAND. IN WHICH CASE THE MANUFACTURER MAY VARY, AND WE DON'T HAVE SPECIFIC MEASUREMENTS FOR IT, BEYOND THE TAG SIZES.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN, MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND YOU IF THE SIZE YOU ORDERED DOES NOT FIT. WE CAN ONLY OFFER REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS, INCORRECT ITEMS AND ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.

IF YOUR ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT: PLEASE TAKE A PHOTO OF IT IMMEDIATELY, THEN WRITE US AT MCCHRISFANMAIL@GMAIL.COM. INCLUDE THE PHOTO, YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER. LET US KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THE ISSUE IS AND IF YOU'D LIKE A REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND.

SHIPPING COST CONCERNS:
A lot of what we're selling on mcchris.com is print-on-demand merch that is made when you order it. These print-on-demand items can ship from different print shops depending on where you are located. CDs, vinyl, USB drives, autographed items and any on hand merch or merch made for tour is shipped by us from california. If your order contains any of these items + any print-on-demand items you will have 2 shipments and a shipping total that covers everything.

SHIPPING TIME:
MOST print-on-demand merch shipping within the US should go out promptly within a week of placing your order. Some items take longer. contact us if you have any concerns about the status of your order. CDs, vinyl, USB drives, autographed items or any items described as being "on hand" or "ready to ship" will ship from california within 2 weeks.
