Hey, where's my stuff?
Due to Covid and mc running the merch store, orders may take 7 - 10 days to ship after order placement. He is packing each order himself and getting them out ASAP.
All orders ship via USPS. Once a shipping label is created for your order, you'll receive an additional email confirming your shipment along with a tracking number.

Hey, where's my international order?
A tracking number as provided by the USPS will be forwarded to you once an order has been shipped. Shipments can take anywhere between 7-21 days to arrive (and sometimes even longer). Please be aware that tracking for international shipments can be spotty once a package leaves the US border.
If there is still an issue, we suggest you contact your local post office and place an inquiry with them. At this time we do not offer refunds or returns on any international orders.
Why is my local post office telling me I owe them money?
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as determined by the respective country of acceptance. Possible customs fees are not covered in the price of international shipping and are the responsibility of you, the buyer.
Why is my shipping so high with some combinations of items?
We have just started offering some print-on-demand merch that is made when you order it. These items ship from a different location than CDs, vinyl, autographed items and older merch. If your order contains any of these items + any print-on-demand items you will have 2 shipments and a shipping total that covers both.
print-on-demand merch is everything except for music, shirts with the gray background, anything that's signed, some posters and stickers.
Help! How can I make an exchange/return for an order?
for print-on-demand items: We cannot offer size exchanges for these shirts and hoodies. Please use the size charts and be certain of your size when ordering. Contact us first if you are unhappy with your items and would like to return them for another reason.
for all other items: We accept returns so long as it has not been more than 30 days from the date of arrival, items have not been worn or washed, and remain in their original condition!
If the size ordered doesn’t fit, or you are not happy with your order, you are welcome to exchange it for a different size or another item of equal value. For all returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If a refund for a purchase is requested, the original cost of shipping will not be included.
